About the Founder
The most important decision that parents will make is choosing the right early care for their child. After all, children are our parents’ treasures and the hope for the future. Dawne has been passionate about childcare for as long as she can remember. Her commitment to child development is unwavering as it begun with raising her four children while providing the bedrock of love and support in her home.
Dawne's educational background is robust, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Leadership, and a Post Graduate Degree in Educational Administration. Dawne dedicated 6 years to advancing her education while simultaneously gaining experience as a Program Director serving children 0-5 and their families.
Dawne's daily inspiration comes from merging her two passions: early childhood and care with management. With a keen focus on human resources, she has cultivated an environment that fosters staff engagement and parental involvement, always with a smile and words of encouragement.
